		<description>China is also holding a bunch of our money, which we sent over for products.  They have a massive trade surplus, so its easier to spend on those projects.  I&#039;m hoping we can at least provide some of the equipment and engineering they use on their projects and bring some of that money back home.</description>

		<description>While it&#039;s great that the United States is allocating money to renewable energy projects, I think it&#039;s a shame that the richest country in the world, even in the midst of global economic recession, isn&#039;t doing more.

I read recently that China is allocating 23% of its half-trillion-dollar economic stimulus for renewable energy projects. Compare that to the money the U.S. has designated...that&#039;s less than 10%.
