Hello, I saw this article and had to warn everyone about my recent experience. I had to contact letsgogreen.biz customer service, and actually got a response from Kyle himself. I was aghast to find that not only was he not willing to work with me on the problem I was having, he even resorted to name calling, and a whole series of belligerent emails. I am shocked that an actual CEO could act this way and really feel sorry for those working for him.
I told him his behavior was unprofessional, and he said he didn’t have “take my crap”, (kind of funny) proving my point. I would not recommend buying from them just on the off chance that you might have to deal with Kyle himself, who has behaved like a tyrant, and mistreats his customers.
